1) What's included in the price
Virtually everything is included in our cruise: stay in the cabin for all nights, all meals, non-alcoholic beverages, all parties and entertainment, most sports with instruction and tips.
2) What's NOT included in the price
Optional excursions, optional specialty restaurants, alcoholic drink, spa services, telephone calls, and shop purchases can usually be charged to your room and settled upon departure.
3) Before and after
The arrival and the return must be arranged by yourself. We recommend arriving to departing port the day before setting sail. Return flight should be after 1pm. We always arrange some kind of pre-parties in the city to start meeting everyone.
4) Single guests
With the strong sense of community and camaraderie on the cruise, you'll never actually be alone unless you want to be. If you are a single traveller you have 2 options: pay the whole stateroom -2 people- or join the Share Category.
5) This is not an all-gay cruise
We reserve on a regular cruise that have much lower rates than all-gay cruises. Normally you don't find many bears on all-gay cruises anyway.
6) Is it only for bears?
What is a bear anyway? Everyone has its point of view. If you have been to any of our events, thats what you will get. Please click on WHO COMES to see the kind of guys you will find.
7) Reservation and Payment options
A deposit of 100 EUR per person or 200 EUR per cabin (for single cabins) must accompany all reservations. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure for all reservations. We accept all kinds of credit cards.
8) What do I wear
Forget about ties and dresses, if you wish. For lunch and breakfast at buffet you can wear T-shirt and shorts. For dinner in a restaurant is better to wear long pants and shirt. On pools and Jacuzzis bathing suit must be required, at least during the day ...
9) Drinks
Water, lemonade, iced tea, coffee and tea are free. With "Soda Fountain" option (around US$ 50) you can have free soda for the whole cruise. Alcoholic beverages are not included: cocktails cost something from 6 to 12 US$ and beers between 4 and 6 US$.
10) Meals
Breakfast: you can have it served at your stateroom (free) or you can eat it at the buffet.
Dinner: Maîtres , sommeliers and waiters are ready to serve you at the dining rooms. There is never an assigned table, dress code, or dining time. The menu includes around 25 dishes. There are also “theme” restaurants. You need to reserve and an extra charge per person between 2 and 25 US$ is applied.
11) Excursions
Bears usually go the whole group together and we try to contact friends from local bear clubs to show us around.
12) Language and Currency
Official language on board is English. Staff is from all over the world and is very easy to find crew who speak spanish, french or italian. All menus and buffet signs are in several languages. The currency on board is U.S. dollar. All fees, prices and final balance are in dollars. There’s an ATM on board.
